I've been told that Mariner is an ideal album for relaxation, especially if this is your first advernture into music of this kind. Gentle melodies, using panpipes and floating orchestras, are set to a soothing background of distant ocean waves.

If you enjoy sleeping by the sea, then Mariner will help bring those relaxing sounds into your home. Seagulls, ships' horns and bells - it really creates an atmosphere of peace and calm. I've received many many letters from folks who either live on boats or enjoy sailing, saying that the album brings to them the songs of the sea.

Mariner was recorded in 1987. Seems so long ago, yet this album remains to this day the most popular recording that I have produced.
